Diné of Denver, Inc., is a charitable, non-profit corporation committed to serving the Navajo population of Northern Colorado. It is our objective in forming this corporation to serve the Navajo residents of Northern Colorado by assisting our fellow Navajo in handing down to our children our sacred language, culture, and heritage. It is further our objective to ease the burdens of new Denver Navajo residents by assisting them in their transition from life on the reservation to life in an urban setting. We believe that by building a Navajo Community Center, or "Chapter House," we can provide a special place where we can all come together as a Navajo community to celebrate our heritage, teach our children the history, language and culture of our ancestors, and provide charitable services for our urban Navajo, including assistance in finding and maintaining employment. The following is the mission statement which states the purpose for which this corporation has been created.

Mission Statement

Diné of Denver, Inc., is an organization of Colorado Navajo committed to preserving our Navajo language, heritage and culture and working together to build a strong Navajo community as a foundation for creating a Colorado Chapter of the Navajo Nation.
